One more thing to consider is they might well be ready to go on one job, say the long-awaited Musketeer job (or class). But because of existing class/job imbalances they will likely want to bring out more than just a single additional dps role. Although... It sure would be hilarious seeing 100 newly-minted Musketeers all running around in FATE groups.
