You know, maybe you can't wait and must leave now but consider this thought: Maybe there isn't a ton of things to do for endgame because they spent the last two years not only fixing the original FFXIV so it was playable but at the same time they were pretty much building ARR from the ground up. It can't be easy recoding and building an entire new game while making the original enjoyable. I'm surprised the development team didn't end up in the hospital.

You may not be willing to wait and see what these incredibly hard working people can do now that there is only one game to focus on but I am.

Don't worry SE and Yoshida I'm staying and I can't wait to see the next chapter in Eorzea's story.

My three month sub is up in jan so cancelling now and resubbing later if I like the content...just kind of bored with the game...have till jan to decide so unsubbing now doesn't hurt anyone...

I do hope the coming patch is enough to hold on to folk and bring those who may have already left back. From what we know of it so far, it's a mixed bag of disappointments (CT not queue-able with more than 8 people) and positive changes (salon), so who knows. Keeping fingers crossed, and I hope you and others find reasons to stick with the game. :)

It's 2 weeks NOT worth my money, you can renew the day before the patch and avoid consuming money in useless way.

It was a little more complicated than that but eventually found it. My sub is good through 01/21 so have time to try out 2.1. That will tell me if I will resub.
