Yes they will. They just released something that said that too. Even at 1125 they're still way over priced.

I have gil. I do not have many tomes. I am lv50 in 8/8 DoH, but no battle class. I can buy peacock ore on the market. Crafting is "worth it" if you have gil, but not tomes. If I do a high level instance and find myself undergeared, I can craft ilvl 70 gear without earning or spending a single tome. In fact, I can craft it before I even reach 50 in a battleclass if I want.
