Can we get a quick rundown of the schedule for the PS4 beta?

Will we be able to use our existing characters in their existing servers for testing or will we need to create new characters in test worlds for the beta?

This. I'd love to play on a Playstation 4 but only if I can use my keyboard and mouse like I do on my PC. Playing from my recliner or couch with a keyboard in my lap and a mouse beside me sure beats playing with a gamepad and having to put it down every time I want to type something.

Will the release for PS4 be followed by 3d compatibility such as 3d Vision for PC? As well DX11?

What changes have been made to show difference from PS3 to PS4?
