[Requested Dev Responce] TP Potion

The amusing part of this is during the beta and the early days of launch everyone was like qq combat to easy TP is infinite! but now people are discovering you can indeed run out of TP and now want TP potions. :p

Only started in phase 3 but I don't think there was much content where TP was an issue like we have now (CoB).

For the people talking about invigorate, please go to coil, dps hard, then come back and tell me you have infinite TP. My monk sure don't.

No one could get to a high enough level where TP was a problem in beta.

T4 is a really big problem for MNKs and TP.

There were people complain about TP in Beta.

420 mana is about 8-13% of a healer/dps mana pool. that's nothing

That is non HQ. Still popped at the right time 80-130tp can go a long way.
