You're playing with bad tanks then. A tank can move away to dodge the aoe, and move back without him moving. Also, you have a mentality problem. "I shouldn't have to move, the healer should have to heal me through everything" You're wrong. It's avoidable damage, and you should be trying to avoid it. First Boss of WP is a pushover, and you're just being stubborn.

Even a Monk with 3 Stacks of Greased Lightning can dodge the aoe within the span of a single, now faster, GCD.

This is one of the dumbest QQ posts I have ever seen. Props OP.

because most boss fight involves taking the boss into a corner so Tanks are programmed to see the boss and take him to a corner

OP, I bet you stand in plumes on Titan too, so you don't have to move and lose dps.

If you can't dodge such a simple, and brief mechanic, and not lose dps on your monk, it may be time to pick a different a job to play.

As others have pointed out, I can only assume this was a trolling thread. If not, then when you call players bad, you must be looking in a mirror.
