20 hour boss fight is the worst idea in the history of MMOs ever.

10+ people puts in 15-20 hours fighting FC boss.
1 guy comes in for one or two hour.
Boss dies, 2-3 loot drops, guy who comes in for an hour rolls on it and gets his loot. Leaves.

yeah this would never be a good thing lol.

If they do decide to add something like company bosses it probably won't be introduced for a long time.
