There - a place. ex. "Do you see that thing over THERE?"
Their - Possessive Plural Pronoun denoting ownership over something by more than one noun. ex "This is THEIR way of doing things."
They're - Contraction of the words They and Are. ex. "THEY'RE doing something later tonight."
Please, for the love of god, learn which one to use and when. They may sound the same, but they're (see what I did thar) not spelled the same, and they mean completely different things.
