Tank or Healer alt for Myth/Philo farming?

Scholar is easy peasy , Adloquium and Stoneskin and you're golden.

Considering this isn't your first 50 and you seem to want to be active, I'd suggest tank. You already know all the content so it'll be easy to lead people through it. It is also easier to carry a bad DF group through content on a tank than a healer.

I'm curious about this. I've never looked into it, but is it possible to trade the tomes between characters, or are you talking about developing an alt for a specific purpose?

People from other MMOs like to call other jobs leveled on the same character 'Alts' for some reason.

My Main is a PLD and my Alt is WHM.

I love my tank don't get me wrong, I like raiding on my tank but when it comes to day to day grind stuff I go WHM most of the time because oddly enough its less stressful and less work.

Ah, that explains it. Thanks. To me an alt is another character, not another job. Especially in a game where you're meant to level multiple jobs on the same character.

Go PLD
Join a WP speedrun
Make a macro that uses flash every second with Rampart and Sentinel weaved between
Gather mobs
If your MP gets low, pop an ether / riot blade

healer isn't fast que , because healing is actually fun in this game . Tank on the other hand is fun but a constant battle to hold agro sometimes unless you are geared to the hilt like I am .

sch is easier then whm, I sit in cleric stance most the dungeon tossing DoTs and stuff while fairy heals....only do stance dance on boss fights. Although for WP speed runs I prefer to be whm as tanks HP drops fast when has 8-10 things hitting them so sch more frantic for healing that.

Tank is still instant for me. My whm usually needs to wait about 10-20 mins.
