basically blair is also saying that they didnt ninja much in there, in actuailty this patch only had 5-7mb of new info, and they have barely changed anything since opening day, but looking at the game, we already knew that.

Imagine how much of a slap in the face this would be if SEs patcher wasnt such an ABSOLUTE JOY to use.

That doesnt mean they dont patch things behind the scenes, infact they've been patching a lot behind the scenes. You can find this for yourself.

I have no clue what this thread is talking about. Is everyone here a computer geek but me? (no disrespect intended but I know nothing about what TC is saying or how its relevant, someone wanna explain please?)

I'm still not sure I get that point haha.

Even with the 1.21gb thats not like pure additional stuff, that 1.21 fixes and adds on to original file stuff. But what is you posting it trying to prove? That theres been no new content because im fairly sure we ALL know that and dont need a file size to tell us.

Agreed. They could implent this into 1.18 instead of 1.17b, would save time and effort.
