Immersion is broken for a lot of people when they see a 3 foot tall Lalafell jump 6 feet in the air. Or a Roegadyn jump 6 feet in the air using heavy chainmail and a great axe.

The only Jumping that should be used for Exploration should be on a Chocobo. Giving you access to areas that only Chocobos can get to.

I like this idea too.

SE repeating their mistake over and over

they make the game for these nerds, small niche market instead of make it for general MMO players

this game not growing any bigger or even success

FF Players... 5.5 Million units sold of the previous entry into the game series in the first month.

Hmm.

Right now FFXIV is lacking majorly in features that make it Final Fantasy.

Jobs, Chocobos, Airships, Cid, Fun Leveling, etc.

Hmmm

Jumping sure aint one of those core tenates of FF.

Singular Personal Opinion. Not one of the gaming press claimed that not being able to Jump Hindered the game for them. Only you do.
