.....if rift could have voice overs on npcs etc and make a truely dynamic world with 10x's more content than this why couldnt se? alot of mmos have plenty of voice overs......sounds like se is a cheap copout on that stuff right now

They are cheap.
Cheap Servers, cheap copy paste, cheap corner cutting, cheap lack of voice overs, cheap lack of everything.
Probably the only good thing they implemented so far is the character models and gear quality. Even the armory system and crafting system isn't 100%. -
