Which only furthers the argument that Bards are probably going to be just fine even after a 'nerf', whatever they decide to do.

I'm of the opinion that bard will just be able to interrupt their skills with too much movement, just like casters. It makes sense the way the nerf warning was written that this may be the only result, so bards can't run around and deal all the damage when no other class can still keep that up (which leads to higher numbers because they never have to actually stop attacking)
I know ruin II for summoners are instant so they cast that on the move(albeit more mana cost) but I don't know if their DoTs are instant because I've never played but if they were, wouldn't they have just as much mobility as a bard?

Only one dot is instant, all others have a couple second cast time in which you can not use CD's either :/ I don't know why Melee and Bards can cancel attack animations into CD's yet casters can not.
I think it's likely that a few cast times will be introduced. Anything else really not necessary imo.
