You have 3 or 4 bars 1 under the other Dpad right you move to the next skill Dpad left you move back when you get to the last skill on the right it loops back to the first one on the left. Yea I could see that being a problem too if an aoe is under you and you need to pull up a skill real quick while on the move. Which is something your going to have to do often in pvp. Tell me how easy it is to move your toon while pressing buttons on the dpad also. Near impossible.
