I was a lot more descriptive (I gave some links to different programs like Battleping, WTFast, etc) in my question.

This is really awful news because I get 300+ ping and I'm starting to have trouble avoiding those red circles. My bf just transferred to a Japanese server to see if it's better there.

Yeeeeah, noooo. It's fine. Nobody even responded to you. You got an automated (hey, 3rd party lol) response that just picked out a few keywords and crapped out the closest generic answer it could find.

Do you really think that changing the path you connect to the servers with is something they're going to tell you that you can't do, really?

Does anyone have any results using tunnelling in this game from EU?

Tested Battleping myself, got from 140-180~ jumpy, to 110 smooth from Ireland. I might start paying for it if I do plan on playing this game.....

The service rep is just lacking knowledge and lazy.

Tunnel/VPN affects your internet traffic - not the game. Unless SE wants to be my ISP now, there's no way they can regulate my internet usage.
