Error 401 when trying to pay. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

paypal sucks when you have already a lock on your account. SE will refuse your payment.

crysta is the best way. If you have no crysta option in your country then make sure your credit card address (if you are in Guam and your credit card is from united states you wont be able to pay) is the same as your current location. Also if your account is new, don't do the 60-180 days recurring payment! do the 30 days starter. Your account will be locked for 24 hours.

My country doesn't accept crysta, so I was afraid this would happen to me so I researched every response and contacted SE CS for questions about why this might be happening.

Sorry to nitpick, but I hate the (mis)use of the term "unacceptable". If it was truly "unacceptable" (to you), then you wouldn't accept it (that is, you'd quit).

Oh, and the demand for a free month is blatant entitlement mentality. It's like demanding a free week of admission from Disneyland because a single bike-path leading to the park was blocked by a fallen tree or closed for repairs.

It's in SE's best interest to get things fixed asap and I'm sure they will. But QQing and demanding stuff just because ONE payment method has been problematic is a little childish. Try another method, there are many.


Don't worry, the game will still be here when you or SE gets it all sorted out.

1. It's nothing like that. Not even a little bit. A closer analogy would be; demanding a free week at Disneyland, because the park was closed on the week you paid to go. At the same time, Disneyland still charges you for the tickets, then throws you out the door and bans you from coming back for a month.

2. You obviously haven't read that she's tried three different methods, with three different cards. It wasn't just one hiccup.
