Maybe it is time for an offical statement from SE.. Regarding the loss of gils..

You see there is a bit of disconnect for me there. I take the real world a lot more serious than my virtual world. Lets say you sell your house (your real life house). A buy comes and purchases it. You get the check and deposit it. Yay you sold your house, brought a boat and sailed off into the sea. Three weeks later it turns out it turns out a Drug Dealer brought your old house. The House is frozen and now belongs to the government and all the Drug Dealer's money is frozen as well!

You keep your money, you keep your boat and you remain unaffected (well you can tell people on your boat you sold your old house to a drug dealer).

You're reading that wrong. It's like some one stole candy from a baby and you gave that person money for the candy. Now the baby wants it's candy back. SE are the people taking the candy from you and giving it back to the baby. Sucks that you didn't buy any insurance from the guy who sold you the candy.

PS you're welcome to add as many transactions as you like where the candy changes hands before the candy is returned to the baby.

See why I do understand agreeing to terms of use for the account though, you can not even tell bad gil from non bad, so when I came back to retry this game I decied from all this talk that I was not gonna use the AH or even trade with any player till this gets sorted out.

Problem is while everyone is complaining about SE how about we complain about the players who bought this gil from those sellers though you know if they wouldn't have did RMT stuff with those people there would not be bad gil in the mix here. Plus I do not care if someone wants to say they do not play a lot or whatnot and such I mean would it be fair if I got a salery the same doing 2 hours of the same work that someone dose 8 for because I can not be bothered to work that extra 6?

Although still saying it's really bad, people just trying to play fair got into the mess due to players buying RMT and throwing though the AH to people just trying make legit gil from AH sales.
