Wrongfull suspended for 1 week, then gil removed. SE CS does not want to know.

You know what's fraud? Telling people they have 30 days to play and then suspending them with no proof of the player themselves violations their so called 'ToS' and then refusing to credit the accounts th 30 days of lost play time. Now THAT, my friend, is fraud.

Yeah man..I would love to have a human actually investigate me so they can see how legit I am. Punished for being good at the game. Never has this happened to me..in any game..ever..

They rolled my gil back from 1.0 and it sucked but I got over it. I had 30 Mil in 1.0 when the servers shut down. I saved all my gil in hopes of housing in the future, my husband had 72 mil (never bought anything ever lol) in 2.0 I have 3 mil and he has (now) 8 mil.

If SE determined the gil you received to be gil that was only there cause of RMT activity I know it sucks but you must understand that it shouldn't have been there in the first place. If you really enjoy the game continue to play it, but if the gil really bothers you that much then cancel. They aren't giving you your gil back just like my husband and I aren't getting ours back. It sucks but its the truth..

This is the problem though, they did not investigate anything or trace "RMT gil", they simply divided our gil by 100.

I sold 100's if not 1000's of low value crafted items, so most will have certainly been legit players, unless 99% of the server is actually buying gil.

Sounds like you're just butthurt that other people make more gil than you. I didn't lose anything, but this is super unfair to those that did.

You do realize that it costs more to engage in any kind of legal battle, be it with SE for breaking the ToS or trying to defraud them, your credit card company for instigating fraudulent charges against SE, or fees incurred throughout the process than the game, and associated subscription costs for like the entire time you will play it is right?

People buy games, they hate them, and either return them or sell them to gamestop for 5 cents on the dollar. You're not entitled to anything from SE any more than you are entitled to anything from your ISP, Wireless carrier, television provider, or even your landlord or bank/mortgage holder. Once you take steps to defraud someone that redflags your entire credit history, and you are royally up the creek without a paddle for the next decade the next time you try to borrow money for anything.

It's not worth destroying your credit history over a video game. If you hate it, walk away from it and quit giving them money. I tell people this on Freemium games all the time, and no, they still buy stuff and turn around and whine and scream about how poorly the company is run.

It's pointless to expect anything of the tech forums (go look at the "resolved" issues forum, the moderators are just closing everything that isn't being bumped.) For all intents the Tech forums is the real General Discussion forum because nobody who posts here can post there.

@OP: You are aware they removed millions of Gil that were wrongfully earned right? If those removed gils were used to buy your items, then it's no big mystery why you had a huge chunk of your gil removed. That gil shouldnt have exsisted in the first place.

If you had say 10mil and 8mil of those were earned through sales made by Gil buyers, then those 8mil gets removed from the world and in this case your account. Since the those gil arent supposed to circle the market at all due to being farmed through bots ,hacks and other cheats. There is nothing SE can really do, they have most likely tracked down the transactions, found the bogus gil and removed it. If legitimate people would have bought your stuff, you would still have your gil as it was most likely, you just happend to overprice so gil buyers bought it instead of regular people. Or in a perfect world without gil buyers you might have sold nothing in the first place and been sitting at 126k all along instead of 12.6mil.

SE did nothing wrong, since they only removed something that wasnt supposed to be there in the first place. Blame the once who actually are to blame instead i.e the hacking/cheating farmers and those that buy from them/you.

SE, you are currently letting the criminals get away while unfairly punishing the crafters who were following the mandate we were given by the guy in the cart at the beginning of the game - I picked 'fortune'. Right now I'm terrified to try for fortune again, because you've made it clear that cheaters can pay for my wares and walk away laughing while I get punished for their actions. This is so wrong, and if it's not fixed I will not stay to be a scapegoat for criminal actions.

just checking so you had 16million gil and earned that during the free trial or is that also from 1.0 ? I do not know if it is possible to make 12 million in a month if it is thats great. I will need to start speeding things up on my character.

all the little babies on here. if you cancelled and dont like SE then why are you on the forums crying? go play another game to complain and cry about when you dont get your way. and seriously how does one make 12mil gil in a month without being a legacy player. cry all you want, you cheated or took advantage of the market by inflating the prices. Your items where bought with dirty gil plain and simple.
