After having a thread with 112 pages, barely any information from the GM and some messed up promotions and still no answer from SE, this can lead to people finally loosing their cool. This is not a 50 man company, they should have enough people to think about the promotions and I am quite sure that not every GM was at the fanfest. We have been waiting for months (since the Japanese deal) and tried to be as nice as possible to them..yet as a thank we dont even get information from them. We are paying customers..some of us even have purchased things from the cash shop or merchandise..and yet I somehow feel threaten quite lowly. Like they dont really care about us. I am not sure that this is the feeling that you should create with your customers..
