So I'm a bootlicker now because I bought a mount I've wanted something like for ages, and my friend is too because he never got to play during the XV event and wants a 4 seater of his own? Please. I made a choice to buy it. I also made the choice to refuse to buy certain glamours off of there because they either don't dye right, they clip, they are genderlocked, etc. I don't think supporting the team and essicentally getting a reward for doing so (that I want and chose to pay for and will use in game) is "whaling".

Don't know how I feel about a mount that's almost the price of an expansion, but hey if you liked it and bought it, more power to you.

If you think it's too expensive, literally don't buy it. You make decisions like this regularly. What is the difference here?

The difference is that people buying this, will result in SE pricing new mounts more expensive too. And could also make it so we get less valuable mounts.

So... question.. what amount is "reasonable" for a 4 seater mount?

35$ is ludicrous!

20$ - Still a bit steep some of the out fits are that much...
15$ - Meh
10$ - I think I'd be okay with 10$

$29,99 should be the highest you should pay for a mount.

But for this mount, I say it should be around the $15-$20, as it is just a repurposed object that is edited and has nothing special going for it really.

You can pretty much say the same things for the other mounts. Should they all be around $10-$15 because there is nothing special going for them?

Oh, wait, that's just an opinion and they're still $30.

What a person values as a good price is completely up to them and their wallets. $35 isn't a big deal for me, but I know people who states that's too much. That's their value of how much the mount if worth and if you dont value it as that high, then yes, the simple answer is don't buy it.

There are still PLENTY of mounts to achieve in game that require no real money. Just blood, sweat, and tears.

I doubt they will ever make things "less valuable". They always have Feast reward mounts, they have tough to get ones still like the Morbol mount (and I'm willing to bet the flight suit mount we saw in the Live Letter will be attached to getting lucky and good enough to do that solo thing in Bohja). And what is "valuable"? Someone may think the Amaro mount is valuable to them because they worked hard to level everything, while to another person it's just something that collects dust. I love the Alte Rote mount and it was my "birthday present" (we ran it unsynced quick) this year so I consider it valuable to me.

It's really not as simple as "those who complain don't understand luxury". I have no qualms about spending money on things I enjoy, including silly fluff items in cash shops. I completely understand that these are "optional/luxury" items,however, that doesn't mean that SE has handled their cash shop perfectly (far from it IMO), or that they're not deserving of any criticism.
