The enraged mode is a mechanic.....
People figured out how to handle the enraged mechanic just as much as others figured out the mechanics it does before enraged.

lol this will never be settled, because the people who don't like dealing with the rot love this method, and the people who want to play the game as intended hate it.
So long as the people who use this method, they will just continue having trouble later on.. would love to see some of them do turn 5 lol, but when they get into a group who can easily handle the rot and they keep killing the group because of it, they will learn or start getting excluded
"Enrage mode" has no mechanic. All you have to deal with is additional damage to ADS' AoE auto attack. Funny how you act like "handling" the enrage mode took SO much out of you to figure out *claps* you're a real genius. As Hiroradius said, this will never be settled. I don't particularly care which way you do it, I just don't like the fact that many of those who have posted in this thread have flamed and QQed others about a fight they have never done w/ mechanics playing a role.
It was intended for players to keep feeding Caduceus after the split but players got to a DPS level (and initially used Hallowed Ground) to "bypass the mechanic".
So, if you are calling enrage strat wrong and do Caduceus without feeding after the split. You are contradicting yourself.
...That is a mechanic. An easy mechanic, but a mechanic nonetheless.
Where did I say I was the one to figure it out? All the mechanics are easy as heck. No one is a genius in this scenario.Quote:

Implying those that do enraged have (or don't) do it the other way.Quote:

We do it both ways in our static. Both ways are ridiculously easy. Stop pretending like killing ADS before zero clicks is in any way, shape, or form hard.
It is amazing this thread is still going. Why are people still disputing this one boss' rage mode mechanic? Why even continue posting when turns 1-5 are going to get nerfed anyway after 2.2? There is no pride gained from playing hot potato over racing who gets killed first a la rage mode. Let this thread die already, it has suffered enough.
Not, because this is not even remotely the same thing. People doing the enrage tactic didn't outgear the fight and accidently bypass the mechanics by just DPSing too fast. They intentionally hold back on DPS with the sole purpose to break game mechanics. Caduceus also doesn't stop attacking and none of its mechanics comes to a complete halt, whereas the ADS stops all of its attacks/mechanics in enrage mode. So how is this even the same thing? If the ADS was still doing all of its mechanics after the Enrage sets in, we wouldn't even have this discussion.
But obviously you're not able to reliably pull it off the regular way, as otherwise there would be no reason to use Enrage Mode, as it has zero benefits other than being noob mode. The regular method is way faster, so why would anyone intentionally waste time in this fight, if the regular was so ridiculously easy as you say? What's the reason for even considering Enrage Mode then?
Did you seriously just try this? Bypassing mechanics due to skipping phases because you have good DPS and sitting around for 8-9 minutes to bypass mechanics (not to mention not just the mechanic phase, but the entirety of the mechanics themselves) are two completely different things. Very poor comparison.
It obviously is hard for you since you resort to Enrage Method when your amazing static can't manage the mechanical way. Also, you may find it easy, but for those who are new to it, they cheat themselves, which is the entire argument. Nobody said ADS for those who have farmed it is hard or not. Stop getting off topic.
