One of the seven dark arts that turns your target into a kissless virgin?! The Hokage sealed it for a reason!

I don't know if this is a hot take or not because I've never seen anybody complain about it...
Savage raid loot system is awful, because it penalizes Party Finder casual raiders way too much, since you can only try to loot for your first clear for the week, and with a bunch of strangers, there's no loot distribution going around, so you can potentailly have a bad luck string of week after week only relying on pity books.
Idk how to mend this without impacting static groups though.
Lalafells aren't kids. They neither look like nor act like children. The people who think so are the weird ones, and as a short adult who gets side-eyed for just living my life, I'll die on this hill. (Let's not even discuss the time I got told all the problems in the world, including my narcissistic egg donor hating me and my father dying of cancer, were all because I mained a Lalafell. :) GG, WP.)
The Fortemps are not good people. While Emmanellain certainly deserves the punch Thancred gives him, it's not cool his father does it, and yes, there is a difference. I don't even need to discuss how honestly creepy and bratty he is. And it's never addressed. You think he changes after the grand melee in Heavensward post-MSQ? Nah. He doesn't, despite all his big words.
Artoirel isn't any different from any other older noble son. Besides just being absolutely boring, he's insufferable - a brat just like his brother, just in a different way.
Edmont cheated on his wife and employs children. I don't respect or like him.
And I kind of find Haurchefant creepy as well.
I like all the expansions.
I like the side-quests. I like fetch quests and quests that do nothing but give you insight into a small, microscopic portion of the world.
I like Yda. I like Lyse.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Not here to JADE and I don't change my mind on subjective, non-consequential media-related opinions so you can quote me but I won't respond!
The "Little Sun" cutscene is very much overrated - it's not particuarly funny, not particuarly clever and served little purpose beyond giving the actually rather bland Y'Waifu another 'look how sassy she is' moment.
Feeling sorta spicy today:
1. Savage raiders that want to cripple RDM Raise are the same people that would have wanted Astro Cards to change. All needs to be the same for the sake of measly % and muh Drifting. It's why we can't have nice things in our Battle System.
Verraise has been fine for multiple expansions. Idc about Savage Raiding, I do care for Casual Content like Alliance Raids, Daily Roulettes and Exploration Content. Limit it in Savage Raids for all I care.
2. Summoner can have Multiraise as well. Summoner was the only one with Multiraise in TA1/TA2.
3. FF Tactics based sidecontent like Bozja makes for a more compelling story than MSQ. Lyon is more interesting than any of the Scions will ever be.
4. I don't get the deal with Estinien. He's unlikable und ugly.
5. Armor designers have been nailing it this expansion, I have to admit.
6. The fact we didn't get a variety of veils wearable by all classes this expansion is criminal, especially when so many NPCs are wearing them during cutscenes. Release the face veils!
7. Since they took TP and Threat away, it's okay for Ninja to be a selfish DPS instead of flat Buffslave with Support Tax. Take Mug away please and buff it to SAM levels. Ty.
8. SB is still the best expansion. Best music, best city, best glam, best gameplay, best story (very last time it was grounded and political, really).
9. HW was bad and there was nothing to do back then.
On the topic of hair, I wish shared hairstyles weren't a thing at all in this game. I'd happily take a much smaller selection of hairstyles specifically designed for each race/gender vs. the plethora of styles we have now. Having a lot of options may look good on paper, but what we've ended up with are a lot of hairstyles that look very similar, are ugly, and poorly fitted to each of the races.
You know what's a real mindbender?
Looking at how freaking JACKED Goku was during the Saiyan Saga then finding out he only weighs 137 pounds.

And figure at least 15 pounds of that is hair.
As I am getting shockingly close to actually getting it done this expansion, the all battle classes 90 reward should have been Argos instead of a headpiece. The amaro was a great incentive to push it all to 80 last expansion and somehow a rather dull headpiece is supposed to be my incentive this time?
The G'raha burger scene was cute and enjoyable.
Last time I gave my hot take about the housing system I got timed out for two weeks.
Basically, to sum it up: housing should have stayed for FCs only. If they wanted to add personal housing they should have figured out how to make it instanced or not have added it at all. Now you've got people who feel entitled to a limited resource that they decorate pretty then only pop into it for two seconds of every month to keep it from everyone else.
I was excited for island sanctuary because it was an opportunity for them to introduce something similar to instanced housing. Instead we got something that was mildly entertaining at best for all of two weeks and then everybody dropped it. If our islands had a building you could decorate like housing it would have basically solved one of the longest running issues with the game, but instead they just made it a gathering minigame with time gates.
Hot take!
I never watched a Tom Holland Spider-Man movie.
I gave up on the MCU after the first Avengers because I was too lazy to keep up with it. Don't even think I saw all of the movies that came out before that, either.
I do not see the justification in locking a relic behind an 11-12 hour quest series if you are watching every cutscene from the start. I thankfully did Hilidibrand as it released but my poor relic buddy who never touched it is now going to just skip it to bring it down to a much more manageable 2-3 hours. How is this supposed to incentivize people to watch the content again?
I just think 11-12 hours is a bit much, Ivalice at worst takes like 7 hours for Bozja assuming horrible wait times. I refuse to factor NG+ into the argument as that can be said of anything in the game "Oh you like the story but are pressed on time and want to be at end game, just buy a boost and we can do it later." I again just think it is a bit excessive of a requirement compared to previous requirements.
Im scared raisinless of the new relics. If they look as goofy as the inspector story is, Ill let a tear slowly roll down my cheek.
Both Movies and Shows are Hit or Miss IMO.
Shang-Chi was amazing...but Black Widow was lackluster (Had great moments though)
Love and Thunder was somehow too goofy for its own good. I loved Multiverse of Madness but it had some bad narrative direction at times
Wandavision starts out eh, but gets REALLY good afterwords She-Hulk was just bad besides ep8 and towards the end of ep9.
I loved Falcon and the Winter Solider even though it got STUPID at the end. I wanted to Like Moon Knight but I checked out pretty quickly, and hated its ending.
Ms Marvel was serviceable but mostly bad, and Spiderman: No Way Home was just Amazing
Just yeah, some things are good, some thing are awful with the MCU post Endgame.
If the next Avengers isn't good and they still plan to do more, Im out. I almost hope Phase 8 or whatever the New Avengers is might be their last.
Its been a good Run. Let DC get on its feet and remind us how great they are. Marvel had its time.
We need a Good Justice League
Y'shtola should grow her hair out. I just wanna see what her hair looks like long with the style of hair she currently has.
Not even a remotely hot take, but I have nothing but absolute LOATHING for healers that do nothing but spam their bog standard GCD heals then stand around looking like absolute fools not even attempting to touch their off global cooldowns. In the same vein, I also despise healers that absolutely blow their wad over a single raid-wide, throwing everything including the kitchen sink at the slightest hint of damage then having absolutely no idea what to do when crap hits the fan. Words cannot even begin to describe the sheer, unbridled, fury that flows through my veins when these same healers will then hem and haw about how good they are at healing when they fold like a sheet of paper under the slightest hint of stress.
Catering to these creatures was the worst thing Yoshi-P could have ever done, and the Healer role has suffered greatly for it.

DC is just about as much of a lost cause as Marvel. As a Green Lantern fan, i'm glad the big two are finally falling. If DC just took their older 2000s-2010s animated movies and just made them live action, I would bet that DC would slap Marvel hard. The war of the Lanterns was amazing and I still am upset that Marvel didn't just make "Marvel: The End" for the Thanos 2 part movies.
Cleric stance was fun, I don't wish it back but a healer with this gimmick would be interesting.
Ill Huff that Copium, that I think DC CAN still make a Comeback.
Wonderwoman (not the Second One) was really good, and Aquaman arguably was pretty Solid. Then we got THE Suicide Squad (James Gunn), and Peacemaker. And...I guess Shazam...kinda 50/50. I hope Black Adam doesnt let me down.
They despite their blunders still have the Potential, they just havent gotten there yet, plus they need to freaking stop leaning on Batman. Hes awesome, we've known for several Decades, but they just cant seem to get anybody else right in a Live-Action setting. At least not in an Entertaining way worth watching a movie.
WARs are justified in getting annoyed at healers for healing them.
