Bit divisive, sure. Not cataclysmic under any stretch tho. Overreacting a bit, no?

There are things I'd rather they did differently, sure. There are aspects I feel they gave too much relevance when it really isn't all that impressive. Would I call it a disaster? No, just "not suited to my tastes". And I'd be fine with that.

My review on 6.3? It's pretty good. Cagnazzo should've involved more but judged by his past, I think it's fair. Rubicante tho... Oh my god his looks is excellent. His trial fight (not EX) is pretty good and not as chaotic as Barbariccia, and his arena is so scary looking. I think his past is the most saddest thing among other Archfiends...

Zero and Jullus eating buuz will triggers the Lamb of Dalamud here like G'raha eating burger :)

I couldn't help but laugh a little everytime I saw Rubicante's tiny horns. They're just...so tiny. x'3

For myself, I felt Barbariccia was more fun because of the absolute chaos, while Rubicante was kind of disappointing in how simple it was. Then again, I prefer more chaos in a fight, rather then putting in thought to solve puzzle mechanics. Me simple oonga boonga like that. x3

I liked the buuz scene! It also shows how far the devs are able to go now when it comes to animations compared to how rigged they're usually forced to be. Plus, the buuz looked pretty tasty. :3

Yeah I prefer Barbariccia's fight over Rubicante. But I also like that they design the fights to be different from each other. If every fight was like Barby it wouldnt be as fun.

Honestly at this point they're playing into the attention IMO. The memes that Aveyond will hate on everything story-related, the memes about food scenes, whatnot.

I remember the days when they defended SMN rework but once that topic died out from the spotlight they were nowhere to be seen.

Looking at this thread, the buns arent anywhere near as steamed as you seem to be.
