You might to rethink there is other levels in the game besides 58-60. Leeches at 40 always sucked, and this new system makes it even worse, what a joke.

Okay so the complaint is dungeons and esuna? You're aware healers currently do not esuna with it currently being baseline, correct?
You forgot the part where *healer is being condescending/rude/asshat/etc.* for the reason they got kicked.
Why is DF poor experience such a common phenomenon for you?
Illusion of choice when most of the time Esuna is completely useless.
I am not going to use Esuna in dungeons now. I will report how many times I get kicked for it.
edit: I am going to start the count at not being kicked 10 times because I have done Baelsar's Wall at least that many times and have never used Esuna there and have never been kicked.
Swapping the hotbars around more than likely will double, if not more, the time it takes to switch your cross role skills around.
And as it is now, is rather annoying to do.
Thus, people will keep ALL the cross role skills on the bars to not have to switch the hotbars...
Now we've got a minimum of 5 hotbar slots used up at all times that are useless space

You may once again want to rethink your assertion. There are other far more viable ways to remove most statuses then esuna.
I wouldn't say esuna is better the way it is now. If anything, I'd argue it's even worse because rather being able to have a more useful skill, esuna is taking up that spot.
The better question should be is esuna better the way it is now all healers have one , and if u need it u could use it. Is this better than oh now its an option if u dont have it have fun possibly wiping ur first time in a new dungeon because u didnt have a debuff for the tank. It was fine the way it was, alot of things where fine the way they where and now they come with this jacked up system we didnt even need when they could of just simply unlocked all cross class abilities and there wouldnt be one single complaint thread on the forums right now but instead its like 10 of them.
The only time I esuna is cleansable doom, paralysis or very high damage dots like concussion or hefty bleeds, which are mostly avoidable. How many duties are there with those things? 10 tops? Usually paralysis is actually avoidable too so if you ignore an AoE and get it I have little remorse for you.
My issue is constantly swapping role skills would be a pain so you should be able to register them to your gearsets for convenience.
Besides....aren't cross role skills interchangeable mid duty and no longer have a CD penalty? ./shrug
This argument is pointless since we do not know what they truly done to change the jobs and what will be used in the role thing. They said it is not the final version and ill leave with this.
MAKING BASELINE ABILITIES OPTIONAL LIKE PROVOKE, ESUNA, PROTECT only makes problems. It is not helping anything. It just makes a skill gap for people that do not repeatedly change out the abilities. Quoting me items and a level 58 ability is a joke, shows you are not even reading what I am saying. People never use items in random dfs.....
Lets make abilities used in rotations optional so we confuse people more.
