That's inherently stupid and un-developer like. Since 1.18 and 1.19 is back to back.

If that were truly their roadmap, they might as well pack up shop now. There isn't enough subscriber base to fill a penny jar much less a business model.

Yay, finally a set date! But dammnit, he just had to put it right before my exams. -grumbles- Oh well, something to look forward to after all the stress is over.

Bit disappointed in this news but I hope that Yoshi keeps his promise that this time will not be wasted. I still think they will have 1.19 and 1.20 in August and September and if they keep them a month apart would that make 1.20 coincide with the 1 year anniversary.

I remember Yoshi saying in one of the interviews a while back when asked how he saw the game on it's year anniversary and he said it would be the time that current players would join with returning players and new players to defend Eorzea from a huge threat to the world.

I hope that what he said is still going to happen, I think it is the core mechanics that they are just trying to get nailed in this patch along with some content to test it. 1.19 will be further adjustments to those mechanics and some new elemtents like Airships and Chocobo's. The 1.20 I am hoping is just content, content, content.

Lol.. Its strange because this patch.. is the same day.. The put the "easy mode" on FFXIII same exact day hehe =)

I guess they want people to complete the game to be ready for FXIII-2, but still, a bit odd to give us that over a year after it was released. Would be better to give us some new content instead.

Bleh... I wish they would just release Versus already.
