Sooo, this took me to rolanberry red. Totally at a loss at this point! I've been trying for ink blue for so long, and while I have gotten close, I don't know what I'm doing wrong! Totally frustrating!

I have seen tons of posts on how to get to Hunter green. Get to apple green and add berries. Well once I got to apple green (two plume changing feedings of pears) I did one plume changing feeding of berries. It skipped over all shades of green that people said they passed to get to hunter and put me straight at turquoise green. Do I use lightening fruit now to get to hunter or keep feeding berries?
I've been following peoples directions to go from deepwood green to black and now I've been every colour but black.. And now I'm far from it, Currently Hunter Green, want Black, help!
So I'm trying to get my chocobo to go from sylph green --> snow white --> lotus pink
I keep getting stuck back to sylph green, though. Charts say to feed it plums from sylph green which should take it to snow white. However, every time I've fed it plums from sylph green, it either goes ice blue or celeste green. Have yet to get snow white D:<
Anyone know the best/easiest way to get to lotus pink?
You helped hundreds, and how many that followed your advise and did not get the result? Did you count that?
Sorry, not trying to take any credit from your work, but you do need to tell people your exact feed suggestions is based on RNG.
Am I going to help everyone? No, but heck, myself and many others have spend the past 10+ days and hundreds of fruits/feeds/hrs doing controlled experiments just trying to come up with the results you guys are using to based your RNG calculations off. Am I wrong to tell you please stop using inaccurate information? Are you right to keep telling people exactly what to feed when it is RNG based on current findings?
I am not isn't going to tell people exactly what to feed, but I have been spending tons of fruit/time on trying to figure out the logic how SE is doing their RNG.
BTW, my math, is what you are using to come up with your suggestions. If I cannot do my math correctly, then there is no way your answer can have any meaning behind them.
As I have said either here or elsewhere, the ONLY conclusive color pathing tool we have ATM is the PNG file, and even that isn't 100% all the time.
Ok, now she's Dalamund Red again instead of blood red (which was my guess given that others posted that that's what they got after a Pineapple where as Delemund Red came from adding red to Regal Purple ...)
As of right now IDK what to do. I'm afraid that adding blue yet again will result in falling into the regal trap ... anyone tried adding green to Dalamund Red to see where that goes? Not on the chart and Regal is like the most unpredictable loop I have come across. Gonna start mixing procs to get SOMETHING to happen when I come back to feeding her.
Don't know how you can get it to snow white from ice blue but if you manage to feed him the fruit that resets him to the deafult color you can follow this recipe to get snow white:
First feed:
- 15 Plums
- 6 Pineapples
- 12 Valfruit
Second Feed:
- 2 Plums
Maybe there's a better recipe out there for snow white but that's how I got it, hope it helps.
thanks a lot!
I will try it :D
Gave Dalamund Red a pear proc and a berry proc cause w/e, just trying to get something darker without slipping back into Regal Purple. I THINK last time I did berry first ad followed with a pear so maybe order has something to do with it?
I really wonder if Regal Purple is a glitch or just a really poor design decision to have one color become such a black hole :/
If I end up back in Purple hell I'm gonna Pineapple her back to Dalamund Red. It's a wonderful color that's not too common and I have no problem running with it til our understanding of the system is matured more. I always DID think that the order of mixing foods had some effect on things and I will see if that's the case now that I fed her the reverse order I did that got Regal .. and this time the proc was far earlier.
