Harmony of Dissonance...was that the bullshit item collection one with Juste Belmont as the main character? that was the only GBA/3DS Castlevania I couldn't finish. It was just so boring. I put it down after about 20hrs and never looked back.

Easily Igarashi's worst, but I think the experience of it being given lower scores than Circle of the Moon humbled him, as he incorporated a lot of CotM's ideas into his games after that. Circle of the Moon btw, was not done by him, and was the game that came out before Harmony of Dissonance.

My retainers are bringing me Radiant gear. Neat.

If only they'd bring gear for classes I actually like to play.

UGH. So I've moved to Nebraska for cool-egg, dorming near Omaha. Shipped my PC and monitor here, and my PC came just fine. Monitor... not so much. I ended up having to purchase a new monitor because UPS sucks... :/

I've missed FF... it's been like a week and a half but it feels like so much longer.

Wanted to download one of the older Gen 1 / 2 Pokémon games before the 3DS eShop closes forever, but it doesn't take credit cards anymore. There's a way to do so, but it requires jumping through hoops I'm not willing to deal with.

Fortunately you can still use gift cards.

Or is one of the Let's Go! duology worth getting instead?

Let's Go is fine if you don't mind the Go-style capture mechanics. I find them kind of obnoxious, personally.

Ya know I was very upset when Let’s go came out, but after awhile you gotta take it for what it is. A child sized bite of the Pokémon franchise for kids and that’s fine I guess….just wished it didn’t make a shit ton of money. Game hardly had any effort put into most of its functions yet outsold stuff like Elden Ring and Red Dead Redemption
