New Emotes you would like to see?

A "Hiss" emote, just for the fun of it.

I really want an emote of holding your hands out towards the fire to get them warm. Every time I'm in Coerthas, Ishgard, or Garlemald and find a nice fire, I wish I could do that.

Upon completing all relics to their final stage in a series, I'd like to be able to acquire an emote to make the relics appear, float, or revolve around the WoL similar to Noctis' Royal Arms from Final Fantasy XV.
I would like to be able to show off my grinding efforts with an emote for each expansion. Is it over the top? Yes, but so are the premium statue emotes.

This came up on another post, but I’d like an Elpis flower emote. Maybe a set of them in different colors like the glow sticks or paint emotes.

I would love to see emotes we can get that is already seen used by npcs. Specifically the standing emote that makes you look like a thug or the thug like sit emote that you see the women doing outside the Missing Member.

I still need to finish 15 but that sounds really cool, I would love for something like that as a reward for completing all the relics of an expansion.

Not sure if it has been listed by anyone else but an emote I've wanted to see added is a bathing emote. Just a repeating idol sit animation you can do in water. Something like the Miqo'te and Roegadyn at camp bronze lake does. Something that shows you're relaxing in the water. It would be great for the indoor and outdoor bathing spots at personal houses and places like camp bronze lake and Kugane.

The Namazu have an awesome /gobble emote when you hand them a refreshing drink in the crafting dailies, I think it would be fun.

I would love this "I'm so incredibly angry I'm actually going insane" emote from the most recent custom delivery NPC.

There was an emote in Forsaken World (very old mmorpg lmao) where you could carry your friends! You had to request and then they'd give permission to carry them around bridal style. The little races went on your shoulders! I'm sure it's a big ask but I think it would be doable.

I'm planning on walking into Dawntrail in an effort to slow down my gameplay instead of rushing through it. We have a campfire minion, we have eating emotes, a fancy backpack accessory, workout emotes for our morning stretches, we need just need the Final Fantasy Classic TENT. I'd love a Tent fashion accessory to camp out in at night while walking through the new zones.

Eat fancy ice cream. Only one of recent that I've thought of.

I want this so much.

Other emotes I would love are hair flip emote, holding hands, ear and tail animations. I wish several emotes could be changed to static to loop as well.

I would like “well what is it” from dark souls. It would be a nice addition to the pvp trophy/wolf mark shop

I want a /focus emote of sorts of my character slapping her own cheeks to focus again.

I also want a /sigh emote. It can be an exasperated sigh or a happy one, I want both, honestly.

Looping /pray would be nice too now that I think about it.

Another one I'd like is to /doze anywhere, and by that I mean the sleeping poses that happen when you /doze on a bed. Call them /sleep or something instead.

And no, players doing some questionable things to a sleeping character I don't think is a good enough reason to not have them. You can already /squat on /playdead characters for some shenanigans.

While we're at it; convert the reading, eating, and drinking emotes to constant looping emotes.

Tandem emotes in general would be another thing I'd like to see. A previous post talked about a bridal carry, but I'd add more to that; dances, hugs, etc. Tandem emotes would be very difficult between characters of different sizes, but it'd be cool to see it in action.

this would make RP people happy but also add a very cute and nice style of Duo emotes, And no piggy back rides shouldn't be a emote

A sneeze emote (with sound) is definitely missing!

And more (looped) useful dances would be very cool. The dance from the last tribal quest is really funny but not very useful for roleplay, in my personal opinion.

I would also appreciate more standing pose loops like 'lean back'. We have too less different poses for single races.

None. The only emotes I use now are the ones required to complete quests.

Pretty much everything that has been gatekept by only being NPC emotes. The world is so full of emotes that only NPC's are doing, we need those.

They could make a dialog box, similar to other games: “(Player) wants to dance with you… accept?” And if you click yes, you either do some new joint dance emote, or sync up with another of the dance emotes.

Piggy back rides could work the same way… add the dialog box for consent. In case anyone was afraid of armies of Lalas climbing the tall folk! lol

Other recent emotes out in the world I’d like to see: the new “drink coffee” from one of the new zones, but I also want one using the big mug from the Last Stand in Old Sharlayan. And the energy drink from one of the new zones. Obviously an “eat taco” emote for Dawntrail.

I’d still like to see an eat popcorn emote, and an eyeroll.

Problem with couples dancing would be size differences...

But few things I do want is giving all idle, sit and weapon stances to all races and both genders... And the M3's boss' drinking animation.

I want a stab emote. Think tonberry. I need to vent frustrations. With a knife.

Having a drink,(like a cute one with an umbrella lol) and being able to carry each other if you are in a party, and even better throw them too xD

I'm sure this may have been mentioned before, but I'd like an "armed guard" emote. An emote using the animations you see on many idle NPCs, standing guard with their weapon drawn. The Landsguard with lances in Tuliyollal are a good example.
Of course, this would mean new animations would be needed for all classes & races who do not currently have these NPC poses, so I know it is not likely to be made on a whim.

/ddos. As a logout emote.

Think of like a Thanos snap. You just poof and log out.

I like doing the magic trick and logging out as soon as you do the bow.

I would love an Emote for the Echo. Honestly. Expression, maybe the transition effect at the end. Clutch head is nice but not the same at all.

This request is mostly for the adventure plate. And sorry if its already on this list. A /show fangs emote. Some of our characters want to be Vampires.

...an emote that allows us to play our games on our tomestone device. And make it a special emote that can be done while sitting (groundsit or regular sit), or standing, or even while in bed (doze variation).

I doubt they'd do this, but an emote that requires a friend to partake in said emote. Not the greatest example, but D2 has hifive/chest bump/dance partner type emotes in addition to your average solo emote. Kinda quirky, kinda cute. Not necessary or game changing, though haha.

Edit: To partake in a D2 multiplayer emote you simply "press to react", much like how you'd, say, ride in a multiplayer mount in XIV. Idk if that clarifies the idea in my head, lol.
