Ok nice! you should call SE because you account for paying is locked! ( SE told me about whats going on) after you call them they will unlock it and should be fine.

what sucks is that you have to wait more than 2 hours for you to talk to them.
it happened to me many times :(

I just tried to set up my subscription. I'm getting Error 601. :-\ Square, why don't you want my money?

Learn to troll. They do not unlock anything and that does not fix the problem of not having the option for crysta.

well decided to try again today and it finally let me register and activate my acct.. it's a freakin miracle

Today I called my bank. The VERY polite agent told me that SE is "checking" the payment details, and they have up to 7 days to do it before rejecting the transaction. After all the attempts I've made, they told me I have 7 transactions on check. The last one expires this friday 27th. Lets hope one of those gets through. If not, I'll just try again on Saturday... Anyone has any clue on this?

Here is my status with GlobalCollect: Note - I contacted my CC company to unblock the 9/23 transaction. Why is this pending, and not fully executing, is the question.

Stop trying to troll people. I think it's been well established that SE support can't do anything about the lock outs.
