And you are proving mine, I'm actually really worried about how you might treat her at home if this is how you treat her online.

Anyways. Maybe with the housing situation the devs will take a bit more into account. I can't exactly say 6.1 has been bad. Pvp needs adjustments but thats a given. I have no complaints about the new raids other than I wish the boss voices were a bit higher. Msq was a ok to me
Honestly, can you stop your insipid bickering? "Go back to your mom" is an insult. It's not a direct reference to your mother. You didn't like that you got insulted. You tried to hang your relative's tragedy over the head of someone on the internet because you're a blackhearted creature who will abuse that if you can get away with it. They're petty and won't disengage despite this obvious note meaning you can't be reasoned with.
This is just a useless back and forth. It's okay, ladies. You're both insufferable.

Anyways back on topic. There has been a pretty significant quality drop since Stormblood that has continued on and on. People are saying this all began with the downfall of WoW creating a vacuum of competition, but I believe this began with the success of 2.0 and the applauded release of HW. Whether it's enforced or not anymore, there was also a rule on the forums that explicitly forbade criticizing the developers back then which was actually enforced if we see posted videos in some medias such as Reddit. This, with what Yoshi has admittedly done well in the long past, has created a very strong forgiving backbone of people who will excuse or ignore any failing of the development team. Certainly, I agree this bug is small, but it's that very reason that this is flagrantly incompetent. To say nothing of the 75% unfavorable split and the continued exhaustion people have with housing. It's only now we realize it because enough things are beginning to stumble that the boiling point is being reached, but I promise this is a very long time coming.
I wonder what the reason to dedicate so many Fc house wards over personal housing was?
I think if it was reversed, it'd be a bit better to some regard (minus the 0 being a winning bid)
Also, I have so many suggestions to improve current house decorating features but that's in the appropriate place (in the housing forums)
My complaints are mostly character creation related, (i have a hair megathread) but also in house decorating
Do I think it's all doom & gloom? No. Absolutely not- we were told we would get less things so it's not a surprise but to me, personally I feel there has also been a disconnect & the lack of transparency has always frustrated the heck out of me
I'm no black hearted creature. The point was I've heard that insult many times and even if I wanted to do as such I couldn't. I mentioned it one time but it was taken and ran with. I don't want or need sympathy but my word isn't enough there. Again you can assume my intent all you want as is your right but don't go around calling people creatures in that regard.
I think the reason was to prioritize FC's as personal housing, short of gardening, is largely a decorative endeavor while FC's want to use more practical mechanics like the submarines or airships. Their access to it was just as limited as those of private buyers, of course, which lessened the FC experience. The issue now is they vastly overestimated the potential demand by FC's and are blind that private buyers far outweigh the pining population. Maybe they want people to join FC's and have the housing experience through the dormitory (I think that's what FC apartments are called?) and may hope to dilute the private owner market a bit that way, but as we all know, that's hardly working.
Frustration has been definitely boiling because the obvious solution to this is instanced housing, but instead we get the dev team spending untold money and manhours on bandaid fixes that will do little else than display, well, incompetence. Like not being able to manage a random number generator. Immediately following the incorrect substat issue. Immediately following an underwhelming EX. And far too much more.
Was the EW story controversial? I get not everyone would have been happy with it (Though I loved it!) but some make it sound as if it was at ‘The Last Jedi’ levels of division. I almost would not mind if that was the case, then at least poor old underrated Stormblood may not been seen in the negative light so many draw it in…
Overall I have enjoyed the 6.0+ era so far. Sure, there are things I do not like and feel the devs have failed in/continue to fail in (Summoner re-work, housing etc) but I do not really see this extreme shift in quality some have said. Voices may seem louder sure, but there are more players then ever and such negativity carries stronger on the wind then praise. A few of the common complaints are ones I have seen since 2.0, and in the end we all have our own bias which sometimes make us see things in only black and white. Not saying they should be ignored, we should always speak up for what we think works/does not (I hope that the housing curffuel gets the devs to finally do something about this thorn in the games side that will only fester if left in its current state longer, for example) but we do take it to the extremes sometimes.
