That amount of variety is depressing. Well at least the design is a bit better in XIV. I feel bad for whichever race ends up being updated last as they might have to wait for over a year to get new options.

Yeah... I reeeaaaaally don't understand how FFXIV can justify (and I mean logically justify) such honestly pathetic levels of character customization. :/ Especially the lack of face sliders, but the variety in hairstyle, face, and other related options is depressingly low. They did good with the skin, hair, and eye color, but when you only have four faces to choose from and hardly much more hairstyles than that...

I agree with some above posts, tattoos and make up should be two completely different things.

I simply would like to see Mi'qote styles added that are not pigtails. Please, in the name of all that's holy, stop with the pigtails.

I would like sensible hairstyles for Highlander males. All they have are either "pompous anime hero", "very, very old and creepy man" or "tribal rockstar".

We Highlanders have the beard right, but we need, or maybe just I need, Bowen Hair. The Highlander males got shafted in hair, we need a few new ones. I would want this style for Erik, but also short clean hair, like what the Jenlyns has.
