Looks like she did /sulk then followed it with a facial expression emote then went into /gpose.

/sulk normally has its own facial expression but if you use both /sulk and another facial emote of your choice then go into /gpose then /sulk will have the new facial emote instead of the usual one.

That is one of my characters using /sulk then /smile and entering /gpose to take a picture. You'll notice her ears are down like that other screenshot.
