Thankoo both. I wondered if the rings were too light, I used the same colour as the base eye colour, might try it out a shade darker. :3

Horns should be a separate option, instead of being tied down to the face style.

Bit disappointed with the tail shape choices, in my opinion they should at least be larger and longer then Miqo'te tails.

I'll go with that. I don't know much Japanese (hardly any), and even less kanji, but by using google translate (lol) and screenshots in the respective english and japanese character creation threads, I was able to come to the same conclusion.

So we should be able to change 'Scales' and 'Limbal Rings' (and colouring) via the aesthetician. Which would make sense considering what they are replacing on other races (scars/facemarks, ear tags, etc). :)

I think you're right and this post was the clincher for my decision! Thank you! :D I really like how the warmer colour makes her look more mature and approachable, while still retaining a fantasy element at the same time because green.

I finally got around to making a few Au Ra. With the first one I had a succubus in mind. The second design is inspired by Phantasy Star Online's RAcaseal.

I am not sure which one I am going to choose yet though I am leaning more towards the teal au ra.

Nice to Hear that you liked the look( I was kinda expecting people to say she was a ghost, Specially with the really good looking Au Ra in this topic), I wasnt thinking on the Second Hellboy Movie when I made her, but yeah, she does have that look, I actually made her based on a Woman, a Friend of mine(Yes she is THAT pale, and with White Hair), the only thing I did change, was the eyes, my Au Ra has pinkish Eyes, the Woman has Green eyes.

im not sure many of you know but u can turn your character in the creation to face the light. alot of these are hard to see since the light is on there backs. right click and turn them around :D

Conscious decision on my part not to face the light. All the outdoor setting seem to have shadows across the face, creating light and dark patches, so I illiminate them entirely so to speak. I'll bear it in mind that some peoples setups are different and may not be able to see them properly though. :)

windows-7-photo-viwer-changes-the-saturation

May or may not be related (if not for you then it may be of use for someone else)... but windows photoviewer was changing how it displayed my screenshots in very similar fashion as what is described in the thread I linked above. The fix in the answer worked for me (I deleted both profiles that were there). Pictures now look like they should, and are not over saturated. :)
