Total agreement. i cant tell all my JP friends to move over to a NA server so I and I alone can have better latency while making them lag. That wouldn't be right at all.

IRL i have one server called 'America' and it still has many different languages spoken in it, just primarily english. My friends can speak different languages. I also dont get buthurt when someone speaks a language I dont know.

Does anyone actually expect them the succeed with pvp? If they think making a pve community happy they have something comming, most of the pvp community in the world doesnt give second chances, you get it right, or your done, SE has no experience in pvp at all unless you think you can count ballista?

It's pretty disgusting the assumptions you're making about others. I absolutely do have true friends. Those are the friends I'm going to be sticking with. I have many other aquaitances who may go their seperate ways. If I miss them, I'll make a character on their world to talk to them.

For every friendship broken, there are also new ones to be made.

I would have assumed most people only care about or have time for the people in their linkshell.

If people in a linkshell can agree on what VoIP software to use, they could surely all agree on what region to play in.
