It's possible Dalamud's Horn is the reward of completing the story and the White Ravens is the reward for beating Nael van Darnus in hard mode.

Magic Evasion +5 isn't something to fight for, so it could be the case.

Actually my guess now is "The Raven, Nevermore" will reward the horn and the part about no FURTHER reward for completing the former is in regards to the regular Rivenroad fight, if you want a further reward you need to beat the hard mode which will most likely reward the earring.

Has anyone figured out how to interact with them? Or do they just spawn the monsters and I missed it somehow?

We've found it twice, but nothing else.

i thought mobs were suppose to spawn
