Yeah- it's definitely re-used assets from Viera
It's also a beautiful hairstyle that has waves & curls- very mermaid
I want the designers to eventually add a collective of unique hairstyles with that kind of variety (curls, braids & whatnot) -

I know this isn't going work in the current engine but if in the distant future if a major engine update were to happen (just throwing out this idea):
Front and Back (maybe side) hair customization.
Reason: Many time I thought. I like how the bangs look on this hair, but I want this back side from another hairstyle -
