Edit: So i got curious and tried my RL name.....is made of leopards, adobo, and volcanoes. With a dash of Chuck Norris. Well all that seems a bit more exciting than i actually am o_o

I actually doodled this when everyone was explaining their name meanings... 'the meaning of' nique amrita was hard on google orz .

Oh yeah maybe I didn't explain before...
Nique is a IRL nickname of mine. It became my online handle when I first got my little grubby hands on the internet. Eventually it was attached to an OC and while her real name is longer, I am always just 'Nique'. When I could not use it in the XIV character creator, I did not know why.
In my haste to play the game I accidentally called myself Niqote the Miqote -_-;;;;
Amrita is her married name, her maiden name was Magnanimous.

I am desperately hoping we are able to rename our characters come 2.0, and that they have special symbols, more then one capital etc just like in the new credits registration ^_^

Hmm, I don't think I actually got round to explaining my name meaning. In open beta I was Grey Malkin (after Grimmalkin cause im a grey cat). But when I was making my character at release I was kinda wanting something new. Tried a bunch of random name generators and one of them gave Rogue as a first name and I liked it. Dunno where I got Muse as a surname but I somehow put the names together and it felt right.

As for the meaning, I take Rogue to mean a vagabond/wanderer and Muse as one who inspires. So I am a roaving, carefree, slightly fickle person who enhances the creativitity in others. I know I've inspired Niq once or twice (ref fishnet stockinged Nael Van Darnanana) XD
