After some Photoshop magic, I was able to remove the color cast of the twilight from the screenshot. Eyeballing it, I found this tone the closest match. All the color swatches in that general area make for great beach tanned skin tones. Enjoy!

Thank you so much Kacho,i have been trying like crazy to get a nice tan skin for my lala,every time when i try in character creation it looks fine until i get in game and then it looks off.
