It is possible they may have made a macro and pushed them in sequence fast enough, but dpsing and getting things out without interruption sounds odd.
Today I was that person who rang headlong into two packs as PLD with my stance off...
Just had a level 90 dancer in an alliance roulette - wouldn't dance or pick a dance partner. Didn't have a dancer buff once the entire time. I pointed it out 3 times at various times, thinking they missed it.
I don't expect much out of other players, but when they refuse to work with basic mechanics of their class at level 90 that they are balanced around, it's a little peevish to me.
I has a positive one.
I did mentor rolo today, and got Urth's Front. I thought it was going to be a silent pull going in as usual, but everyone actually asked me questions regarding the fight. I didn't want to pile information on them, so I just told them to pull and see where it takes us. We did wipe to the DPS check because they didn't know about the spear adds that came in. All I told them was to just take those down asap and we cleared the 2nd time around. Never once doing mentor duty that I had players who actually asked for helped and waited for me to respond. I get why a lot of people dislike mentors, and that is why I don't throw information down as soon as I get into instances. It was a pleasant surprise to say the least, and I only gave 1 piece of advice. They were the champs, not me. xD
Saw a Cure III non-oGCD using white mage in Vanaspati. It went about as well as you'd expect.
Roman numerals for the English translation was a terrible idea.
Edit: Bonus story!
So you know the two big enemies near some traps before the temple of the fist second boss? I went from full to zero on dps because apparently the tank and healer's brains were in narnia. Provoke or a single heal is a difficult achievement for some players these days. I'm literally standing next to you.
It wasnt even both enemies, just one. They have no situational awareness.
No, no, White Mage, just Esuna only yourself from the Doom debuff in Troia and leave me to die from it after we kill the boss.
I can understand if this happened between people that know each other, at the expense of the rest of the group, but between two utter strangers? This seems like a natural conclusion with the kick. With a friend it's funny. With a stranger it comes off as malicious.
Were it the last boss and this stunt was pulled then I'd personally just suck it up and get it done, if recovery is possible. Getting some bs pulled on me like that, at just the second boss, would've put me in the mindset to kick too. Though I'd be curious enough to ask why they felt that was an okay thing to do aswell.
