I've been playing catch up all week, and finally got to Heavensward content late last night! That feeling after all those cutscenes and quests, and finally unlocking Astrologian... ^^

Who does this vessel with the purple lights belong to, or would that be a story spoiler?
My only guess so far is maybe it's the Garleans.
