When will we have the ability for our Free Company housing to build an airship/boats?

When can we plan to see musketeer implemented?
Will there be any changes coming regarding Bard limit break? I understand we support our group, but I think most bards (self included) would love a DD limit break.

For pvp will people start out with basic pvp only skills and work their way up to better skills or do they have to use pve skills then buy pvp skills with the points you earn from the arena?
