Turns out I can’t eat anything that has milk anymore, because I am not just lactose intolerant but also allergic to milk yay..........but I feel healthier...Unhappy and healthy.

So my roommate has been on a Hello Fresh kick for like...3 months? The food looks pretty good and I'm sure there is a non-dairy option and it will narrow the field down to things that won't kill ya. I'm sure there is a few things that would be quite good.
That looks good! Im seriously thinking of giving it a try as I feel pretty lost right now, cooking became more time consuming and I survive on sushi when I don’t have time to cook, getting headaches from all the salt intake haha ;___;.
I literally had no idea what I was doing to my body, I love cheese a lot and my go to meals are Mediterranean so feta salad was something I turned to very often due to how easy it was to make for lunch or any fresh cheese. I figured the side effects I was getting was just regular stress but nope.
Thank you for the idea Ill look into it some more to see about allergies, really seems like something that will save me a lot of time!
