They should split the big population servers across multiple data centers.
I'd just like to know why Japan never has these issues. They have 3 servers not 2 and 90% of their worlds are not under character creation restrictions. Maybe SE needs to open another data center for NA and EU.
Frankly if I didn't have a house I'd really consider it even as someone who RP's. Unfortunately my two man FC has a house and several private rooms and after the hell of getting it I'm not about to abandon it now. I've been trying for an hour. Twice I got into queues that 2002'd out and the rest of the time lobby errors. I'm still dumbfounded they are letting people play for free when we, who are paying them, cannot even play. Is there no one somewhere looking at this going 'wow that seems like a bad idea'?
Also, Nanga, money is being lost because we paid for early access and paid a monthly sub. So we are essentially throwing them money to only log on for hours at a time when everyone else is sleeping. God knows if we will even be able to manage that after the 23rd and the free to play week.
You loose money by not being able to use a service you purchased. You are paying money for nothing. I'm sure that's what she meant. Gee jump to conclusions
Are the majority of the people who are having trouble on Ps4 or PC? I am talking to some of my FC mates in Team speak and they are on PC and some of them are able to get in right now after a coupe of tries.
As has been mentioned by others: many of us went with pre-order for early access which has, to varying extents, not been available.
This thread is many pages long, with many people who have asked for a clear answer on a plan to address this issue. SE: what is being done, and will there be any recompense for those affected?
