This year is a big year for MMOs, we have different triple A titles hitting this summer and winter, the FF14 population will take a hit. The sad thing about all of this, is that you lose a lot of good people and this causes a further decrease on the community.
I personally quit a lot of games because my most trusted buddies switched games, either because the game was becoming stale or a new shiny game came along. I do hope Final Fantasy keeps on improving so that the good friendships we acquired do not fade with the game. -
