I THINK I GOT IT GUYS!!
Try this, load 2 instances of the game, log into the same server with an alt toon. Then in the 2nd game try logging in on the bugged one, it should see that your already logged in and switch to the 3102 error. This should log the bugged toon out after a couple of min but you will still need to log out on the alt toon.

Got 90k trying to enter Stone Vigil, followed by 3102 for a few minutes and then 10102. I've had it happen twice now...
Seems like after each 10102, my queue position goes down until I'm finally able to get in. Issues with a handoff somewhere maybe?
90000 trying to load into Haltali, 10102 trying to get back in for about 10 minutes now. Guess the game is going to decide when it's time for me to just go ahead and start working.

Same Issue.
Balmung. I was mid Duty, killed, and as I was loading between phases I was disconnected. And now I get this error. Ugh... I just want to complete my last summoner quest.
Same as everyone else. Duty finder - 90000 - relog - 10102's for the past 25 mins.

Same here trying to use the Duty finder for anything has been dropping people with 90000 left and right. Stuck in Limbo getting 10102.
