I'm not opposed to options, I just think they need to be smart about it. To set up lifetime subs right at RE-launch of a previously failed game would not be a good idea. Granted I should have reworded my post to reflect that. how angry would people be if they payed $300+ for a lifetime sub to have the game flop in less than a year. the first one didnt even last 3 months.
besids, didnt they already have a lifetime price reduction offer? i guess there is just no pleasing some people.

what Bayohne means is:
we have to look what will be the stable playerbase 1 year after the launch of ARR, then we can do proper calculation about the if and how much.

I have no issues with a lifetime subscription but I think for most they won't or can't pay that much in one shot. I think a yearly subscription should be the maximum offered for a happy medium.
