Housing is the biggest load of crap

Now the thread is being labeled as “non-productive” only because their narrative is falling apart.
With most servers now filled with plenty of small houses, it’s becoming harder for them to defend their stance.

I don't know man... as of this moment there are 105 plots available for bidding on Famfrit and 39 of them have ZERO entries, 21 of them have 2 entries. So I dunno but this sounds like a "picky" issue rather than just having a house. And if you're mad about it not being mediums well, do I have news for you! There are 18 mediums open, available for entries right now. :D AND AND next cycle, there's already 5 mediums that will go up for bidding.

To add to that, none of these mediums would have been available if Auto-Demolition wasn't a thing!

Tell me more about how you wished you had a plot to decorate again... I wanna hear it. That also begs the question.If you don't want a small do you even engage with apartments? Or housing at all for that matter. Given that you don't engage with anything smaller than a medium... and you still don't have a medium.

If not, that kind of proves you don't really care about the housing system but the rarity that it holds.

Im not adverse to go for a small. i have said as much in other posts and threads. To directly say ''quote me'' saying i want a medium or large, was BEFORE they even said anything about the Tardis expansion they had planed... so Stop that.

So im not adverse for Smalls, meds, or larges. So that's my final word on that. so stop.

I think people still fail to realize how difficult it is to even get a small in the first place… some people really do have awful RNG. I spent 9 months trying to go back to a small after I realized I wasn’t happy with the medium’s interior layout. 9 months!

My server generally has competition even for smalls. But when there’s a medium or a large up for bids, of course people go for it, because it’s a lotto. You have just as much luck winning one of those as you do for a small, so why not take a chance on what you really want when they open up so rarely? I only had the old medium at all because I got it under auto-relocation: if you saw an empty house, you could instantly relocate and bypass the placard clicking. And that’s why the old advice was always “grab what you can, you can always relocate later.” But you can’t do that anymore without auto-relo, you’re competing in yet another lotto.

I’m also pretty much done with the whole idea of saying “just transfer servers.” What they should have done when they opened new DCs like Dynamis was force new characters to be created there to populate the world. But they didn’t, even with the Xbox release, so those worlds didn’t get filled up as much they could/should have. We have lots of posts about how people regret transferring, because they might get a house, but they can’t run content on their home world most of the time to enjoy it!

I’m hoping the interior size remodel will at least give those that want to upgrade a chance to have the interior of their dreams at least. (And I’m biased but I think the yards and housing skins look better on smalls anyways. lol) But that still requires being able to get a small in the first place. An instanced option of some kind is long overdue.

Exactly.. it's what im trying to say. MY PERSONAL RNG is so bad. i have not won a single house since housing came out, the new one i mean... so how can i be a bad person for going for Med, or large, if even getting a small is harder then winning IRL lottery?
