If it helps you feel any better, I've had this happen a way more times than it should when I'm healing, and I know for a fact that all three healers have tools to deal with this, so it wasn't 100% and solely your fault. I've saved parties with a well placed Indomitability+Fey Caress as soon as I see the tank making this mistake. A WHM can Assize and Esuna themselves and the other healer in time to not make it a wipe, and AST can Lightspeed+Helios twice to top everyone off and avoid a TPK. Sure, you fucked up, but the healers were also incapable of dealing with it. If they had recognized the mistake when they didn't see you pull her back to the center, they could have prepared for it.

It just makes me feel bad to hear that you had such a hard time with yourself after it. Hope you feel better nowadays <:

Queued into A12N for my weekly shaft to gear up my alt so i can save up scriptures for a weapon.

As a tank. Main tank 9 times out of 10 because its always a WAR. or another DRK that refuses to tank the thing.

Since wednesday night/thursday morning. yes, I was scrip capped by the end of the night. still trying. losing my mind having to look at that pile of junk.

'bout ready to cause physical harm to someone/something. possibly myself. probably myself. no one is around to release my frustration on.

Not really a Horror Story, but i never thought i could take 35 minutes for one Run of Sastasha Normal. I am not lying, the Heal only healed and the DPS autoattacked all the time. Not a single skill animation was seen.
And i didnt even get a Bonus for Tails.

This happened to me yesterday but we did clear it on the first attempt just seconds before the gate was breached.

Was running Sohr Khai with two other people (NIN, BLM, and SCH), after the first set of mobs, the ones after the very first gate, the tank lost hate to my friend on BLM, we thought it a mistake, you know these things happen from time to time but second set of mobs, happened again, same with every set of mobs till first boss when he lost hate to me and then the BLM. So I started watching what he was doing, and found out he was only doing the Royal Authority combo + Flash (once on the pack of mobs) and CoS. This finally showed that he wasn't tabbing through the mobs to hold hate, and after the second boss me and my friend the BLM, tried telling to tab through the mobs and use Rage of Halone more often so as not to lose hate to me or him. He took this as an offense and thought we were trolling him and he just left.

Here's mine, fresh: I've just found out I'm terrible at swapping with Bis EX. Really, REALLY terrible as in "Rushes towards the wrong corner to get stacks". TWICE (the second time the party managed to pass in spite of my fumbling, see below).

Granted, I've done that fight almost exclusively as a DPS in the past, but I must commend everyone else for keeping up with my mistakes: I got agitated, messed up color priority with the Sanuwas and our second attempt was about to spin into spectacular failure because of my flailing about. I was overconfident, and thus I was humbled - justifiably so, in my opinion.

Kudos and thanks for their advice (and criticism: I wholly deserved it!..) to the other tank, a Warrior who held the fort and knew her stuff, the healers and the DPS that somehow kept going no matter what, especially the awesome Monk who kept his cool and pinned the Green one where it was supposed to be. It's back to kiddie tank school for me, at least as far as Bismark is concerned.

It sounds like they drank too much of the DPS meta koolaid, or they're trying to play PLD like WAR or something.
