Ah, thanks. Here's hoping it's working for all of us soon. I hope SE knows that we bombard them this much because we care. I'm more than happy to throw down my money, even if I can't really afford it. My Shadow Lord is getting lonely on my dresser.

Well it's Monday the 16th, and nobody has the PC CE for Heavensward available. I checked with my local GameStop and the GS official website, neither of which have it available. I was told to "Check back tomorrow to see if the system updated." Yeah.. well I'm pretty sure we were all told by SE that it would be available for purchase today.
So I decided to check the SE store, and nope... not available there either. No CE whatsoever.
What gives?

and they still hvnt fixed the website yet!

While you are fixing the store... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ADD AUS/NZ to the list of countries the EU store ships to.... I DON'T care if I have to pay additional postage costs.. or that it may take longer to reach me... just being able to purchase items from that store would alleviate a lot of the aggravation felt by oceanic players right now over the CE box being online SE store only.
As a long time Australian customer of SE (console games, 6yrs of FFXI, heading to 2yrs of XIV), I am tired of being given the shaft simply because I live in an oceanic country rather than in USA or Europe... it's bad enough we have to pay in euros instead of AUD/NZD
And, I know there is an AU SE store, but that sells ONLY DIGITAL DOWNLOADS.... Please give us access to the online store only items from the EU store...
