Other games seem unaffected, as well as other machines in the house. Still I have been having horrible lag and disconnections for about a week now and I am out of ideas.

winMTR shows packet drops at last three hops: 192.34.76.10 rarely, most packet loss at 199.91.189.242, some packet loss at 199.91.189.30.
